Kristen's topic is about blueprints, specifically who’s blueprints are you following ? because even though we might have amazing mentors who share their path , it doesn’t mean we need to follow their path like a blueprint and the same thing for mentors who share their personal blueprint should do it in a way that helps their mentee see multiple opportunities as opposed to one particular course to follow so I think we can have some fun with the metaphor of a blueprint.
