The sleeping masses?

Callers welcome! People of the spiritual Left-Hand Path sometimes understand themselves as having some kind of "higher consciousness" as compared to other people who have bought into deceptive, illusory mass ideologies which keep them contained or manipulate them into crippling their own wills and selves in the name of some other being. The Fourth Way's concept of sleep and awakening will likely be covered. Similarly, many people in the political Left understand themselves as having some kind of advanced consciousness as well. This can take various forms -- simply thinking that the right wing is incorrect, for example, but the phenomenon also includes academic, Ivory Tower leftists who see themselves as superior to the rest of the population, as well as radicals who see themselves as the spearhead of a larger social awakening toward class consciousness. This show will attempt to cover the above issues, as well as questions like "Are we really *that* exceptional or do most people get it?" and "Why do some people get it and some people don't?"
