Former Mayor of LaredoTXand Retired FBI Agent Raul G.Salinas on HumanTrafficking

Salinas. Salinas is a  native of Alice, the county seat of Jim Wells County east of Laredo, and is a graduate of the University of Maryland inCollege Park, Maryland. Elected to the first of two terms on June 17, 2006, Salinas described himself as a self-styled "political outsider."
