Who is Dr Joe?Dr Joe Arminio, Principal, Dr Joe Speeches, www.drjoespeeches.com, is a speech writer, speech coach and public policy advisor. What is more, he is a Classical Rhetorician, that is, he teaches oratory the way Lincoln and theFounding Fathers were taught. He stood for the US House in the MarylandRepublican Primary, District One, in 2008. Paul Ryan was among his studentswhen, some time ago, he taught Political Rhetoric at American University.  Dr Arminio was formerly the Chair of a national defense advocacy group--TheNational Coalition For Defense--, whose board included US Senator James Inhofe, Admiral James 'Ace' Lyons, former CINCPACFLT, Reagan Administration,and Bill Lee, former SES, DIA. He has authored three books, including The Decline And Fall Of The American Way (examining public policy as a whole,both domestic and foreign) and the Oratory Instruction E-Book, How To Dissect A Speech and Craft A Persuasive One.
