This week on the HR Happy Hour Show, we were joined by Gretchen Alarcon from Oracle.  Today we have a great topic, the importance of HR Technology in helping organizations begin to bring their employees back into workplaces, and to make sure they are safe, they are confident in how their organization has prepared for opening up the workplace, and how they can do their best work in what is a very difficult and stressful period. Oracle worked with their customers and from those conversations has delivered a compelling set of solutions, the Employee Care Package, to help employers and employees navigate these challenges and position themselves for success. Gretchen shared some of the thought processes behind the development of these solutions and how they can help organizations and their people work though these times.

Additionally, we talked about our favorite sporting events, including the legendary South Carolina appearance at the Final Four in 2017.
