Ever wonder what “should” happen on a traffic stop?   Your mind is playing out “what if” scenarios.  At that point you come to the realization that YOU DON’T KNOW YOUR RIGHTS.  This Saturday September 14 on Behind the Blue Curtain we have a very special guest.  Ms. Claudia Lynch, Esq., will be joining us.  For the past 20 years Claudia served with the Department of Defense (Army) as an Attorney - to include Active Duty time as a JAG.  Claudia left the DoD in January to focus on community awareness and justice. Claudia has an impressive legal background.  Claudia was deeply moved when Sandra Bland was killed.  Claudia said, “I prayed for an opportunity to be part of the solution to the senseless killings of Black and Brown citizens.”  A few months later Claudia learned about LegalShield and saw an opportunity in its emerging access feature to save lives. “It struck me that if Sandra Bland had the opportunity to get an Attorney on the phone during what should have been a routine traffic stop that day, she may have survived that encounter.”
