Colts Cast Fan Mock Draft: Picks 9 Through 16

We continue with our Colts Cast's mock draft after an eventful first 8 selections have been determined. There were a couple surprises in the first 8, just as there are in the second quarter of the first round in this mock draft. We continue to see an intelligent approach to assisting these rosters by the fans involved. 

The first round this year is going to be exciting to say the least and this mock is turning out to be just as unpredictable. Teams still need quarterbacks, but are they choosing to scoop one up at this point, or are they deciding to wait until their second round picks?
