Yes, as my last show suggests, I believe that it is our responsibility to elicit the changes that we want to see in our life through taking the right steps ; interpreting events and situations in the peaceful light ; ascertaining and visualizing what an ideal life is for you, et al - however, how do we cope with less than favorable 'past thinking manifesting' that is perhaps NOW in your reality while you are catapulting ahead into more peace, confidence, faith and security in who you are through the right thoughts and actions now. It can be a confusing conundrum, and it is imperative to make a proactive plan of action to combat the old mode of existing.

Tonight I want to talk about 3 strategies in doing so:

1) Creating the space between your perception and your reaction, choose to give benefits of the doubts to others and release the power of others in your mental state of reaction;

2) Forgiveness- always comes up- forgiving the unfavorable circumstances and pressure for giving you discomfort. Allow your self to release the limits of your mind and expand into new horizons. Forgiveness is key in doing so;

3) Gratitude- good old buddy, gratitude, never lets us down. It is our more ready tool in harkening our inner strength to reconcile what we have and what we want. At the depth of gratitude of course is the truth of all things - to be alive- to be grateful to be alive!
