Depression, Suicide and the Holidays

It is a topic that no one likes to talk about. But many suffer from it and many times it hits the hardest around the holidays. But as a survivor of depression we can work through it to brighter days. This program will not be for those with a weak stomach. For we will be talking of many things that might be destrubing to people. I will be open about my experiences with depression and suicide. All are welcome to join and call in to the program with questions and experiences of their own. We are hoping to help many to have a better holidays and a brighter future. Peace to all
