Today's guest is Kari Kelly. She is a motivational speaker, life coach, singer and most recently and author.

She enjoys talking and working with adoptees and foster kids, high school and college students, and the physically-challenged.

Kari hopes to empower others to stop the vicious cycle of abuse and the downward spiraling sense of self-worth that comes with it.
