"Take care of your brain like it is yours for life," is something I often share because while it is true, we often take our brain for granted. In this segment, I offer resources to increase your awareness to make healthy choices to get the best performance from your brain. I use Alvero Fernandez's Four Pillars for Brain Health as a guide: Physical Exercise, Mental Exercise, Good Nutrition, and Stress Management.
