In many facits of life there are conversations we must have that force you to be "Transparent". When speaking about employment we often have to learn how to know our strengths and weaknesses, and in doing so making the right decisionas to what your able to do is key. Know your limits, know your why's and understand your goals when your setting them

The conversation that I had could apply to just about anyone, yet it was about how everyone has different ways we operate, because of how we learn and process. Yet, there is a mentality that some have, that take no responsibility for their actions, or motivation.

Transpancy can also be harmful when taken out of content, we have to know who and where we can place our thoughts, ideas and wisdom. It is very important that no matter your career, trade or even personal talent that you push it to the limit and take all that comes along with it. It's also our responsibility to stand firm on our beliefs, and control of our time. These were just some segments of the conversation with the future employee of someone, and with hopes that the tips for success helped we closed with a harty thank you!
