Judi is a curator of content, a Granite State Ambassadors, a motivational leader; specializing in information, training & project management. She is a founding partner of both 311 Management Services, LLC. and the award winning New Hampshire Granite State Ambassadors. 311 Management Services, LLC is a for profit business founded in 2008 to assist small businesses, non-profits, and governmental agencies problem solve through information gathering, enhanced communications, social media solutions, promotions, training, staff support, and project management including e-mail marketing, bookkeeping, business start-up, and special events. Judi has worked in NH’s banking industry for 12 years and served for over 30 years promoting arts and culture in New Hampshire. Prior to developing 311MS and NHGSA, she served as executive director of Southern NH Convention and Visitor’s Bureau. She is a life long, fifth generation, resident of New Hampshire. Among her singular achievements were the renovation and grand re-opening of the Adam’s Memorial Opera House in Derry, NH, Window also teaches at the Nackey S Loeb School of Communications and is involved in many boards and committees such as Advisor to NH’s Tourism Industry & Welcome Centers, Vice Chair of New England Visitor Center Association’s State Advisory, Manchester-Boston Regional Airport’s Customer Service Team, Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors as well as the Chamber’s Tourism Advisory board. Judi also serves as Chairperson for the Selective Service Systems’ State Board of Appeals for New Hampshire. Judi was the recipient of the 1997 Mildred A. Beach “Tourism Person of the Year” award and was named one of New Hampshire’s “Movers and Shakers” by Derry News in 1995. She lives in Manchester, New Hampshire with her husband, daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren.
