Welcome back to The Fantasy Six Pack Hour, with your hosts, Joe Bond and A. J. Applegarth! With the Fantasy Football Playoffs approaching the guys get your ready for success to not only get into the playoffs but once you are in them.

They start out with some news and notes and jump right into defenses you can stash for the playoffs.
