Segment 3: Fabio Viviani is best known for his television debut on Bravo’s Top Chef. Fabio brought his talents from Italy to America in 2005 and opened Café Firenze in Moorpark, CA. Outside of the kitchen, Viviani launched DOPPLE in May 2018, an app where people can record video answers to questions from their followers.

Segment 4: Dr. Luke Pittaway is the Chair of the Department of Management and Copeland Professor of Entrepreneurship at Ohio University. In 2018, Dr. Pittaway was nominated and selected to be United States Association of Small Business and Entrepreneurship's (USASBE) 2018 Entrepreneurship Educator of the Year and he is currently Vice President of Research for the organization.
