Lynda Bouchard, Founder of Booking Authors, Ink, a publicity and author concierge service, was happily flying the friendly skies when the events of 9/11 changed everything for her. It forced her to ask herself, "Is this what I want to do with my life?" So at the age of 45, Lynda began her author publicity and concierge business and kicked it into high gear at 52, after she lost her husband.
