Slenderella's Workshophttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/slenderellas-workshopIt's really not about food and exercise! It's about finding the time, energy and lasting motivation to do what we all know about good nutrition and fitness. It's also not about fitting into size 4 for the next important event in our lives. It's about looking our best, feeling fabulous and most of all self confident at any weight and knowing how to stay consistent to achive our ultimate yet realistic weight loss goal. Todays women are very time restricted and find it hard to stay on track with a healthy diet and an exercise routine that fits their very busy and demanding lifestyles. We all have encountered that particular "Monday" embarking on the "this time I'm gonna do it plan" just to find out that life throws SOMETHING at us that makes that Monday the 8th day of the week!!! That starts a domino effect of feeling overwhelmed, down, having no will power, incapable, negative and omg there we are now feeling bloated, un-attractive, tight in our clothes and very unhappy. So, we go for more foods that we shouldn't have to complete the circle of self-sabotage and self-defeat... and who wants to exercise in that frame of mind anyway! Slenderella's workshop teaches to figure out the SOMETHING, which while perhaps similar for many is truly very specific for the individual woman and her particular lifestyle and life circumstances, personality, relationship with food, stress and time management skills, food and exercise preferences and established habits. Becoming aware of these individual aspects and recognizing the specific triggers is the first step. Learning how to deal with them and getting advice on how to stay aware and consistent is the second step in order to make the appropriate custom changes and modifications that lead to long-term success and happiness. enCopyright Sylvie Sasso (C/O Blogtalkradio)Sat, 15 Jun 2019 00:15:00 GMTWomenBlogTalkRadio Feed v2.0http://www.blogtalkradio.com/img/btrbetalogo.gifBlogtalkradiohttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/feeds@blogtalkradio.comBlogTalkRadio.comwomenSylvie SassonoIt's really not about food and exercise!
