Does loving 🥰 myself mean that I am selfish 🤔⁉️

There’s been much debate over Self love being an excuse to be selfish. Some were taught to put others first and love will be reciprocated. Some were taught to put themselves first so they have enough live to give. What do you say⁉️ Merriam-Webster defines selfishness as, “concerned excessively or exclusively with oneself : seeking or concentrating on one's own advantage, pleasure, or well-being without regard for others.” Regarding Self love, they have multiple definitions, 2 are: “an appreciation of one's own worth or virtue” and “inflated love of or pride in oneself”.
