"More than 1 million people stepped up to a triathlon starting line last year—37 percent of them women, according to USA Triathlon." Women's Health Magazine

Have you recently set a goal that requires energy, time and a whole lot of physical exercise like a triathlon? Deena Knight, wife and stay-at-home Mom of three in Charlotte, North Carolina recently completed the Rambling Rose Triathlon, an event designed to celebrate the empowerment of women.

She shares what it's like to try to schedule in training with three active kids (it doesn't always happen.) Even if a mom or dad is motivated, sometimes it's tough to stick to the plan. But that doesn't mean the dream is done. Game Ready Moms like Deena often push themselves to be living examples of the lessons they share with their children. Listen to her story of pushing through and finishing despite glitches in preparation.

Sanja Tomasevic, an Assistant Volleyball Coach/Recruiting Coordinator for the University of Texas San Antonio Roadrunners also joins us. Sanja had a stellar career at the University of Washington, earning 2005 Pac-10 Player of the Year honors. As a coach, she shares her expertise and experience. She'll be on hand to answer questions about the college recruiting process and pro volleyball options.

Join us or send in your questions tonight.
