Introduction: Welcome to week one of the Shifts Happen Workshop

We entered into the next cycle for earth a few years back and we are just now transitioning into that next cycle and sometimes life can be a bit much especially for those who are currently experiencing some radical changes in their work, home, health, and personal life. Many of us, including me have had big changes in our lives over the past 4 years and the way things work in this new energy has changed how we do things. Many people are looking for new ways to make a living, some of you are going through live changes of partners leaving you either in death or in life, others are needing to relocate, embark on a healing journey or just find yourself longing for making changes that match who you are becoming in this new time for planet Earth.

With all of this change on a personal level, not to mention the changes of a global level, is it any wonder some of us are confused or are waving out white towels in hopes of catching a ride to some other planet?
