The Least Costly and Transparent Solutions To Prison Reform, would be to Replace Prisons with Long-Term Residential Treatment Facilities, with Experienced Psychiatrist, Psychologists, Mental Health Counselors, Substance Abuse Counselors, Medical Doctors, Nurses, Occupational and Physical Therapist, and Educational and Vocational Components to be included. Solitary Confinement, Restrictive Housing Units, Abuses, Deprivations and Other inhumane treatment which is what is mostly occurring in prisons across the Country, is not, will not, and never has been, the answer.
