On Saturday, November 12 our guest on SFPI Radio was Aldous Tyler, who is challenging President Obama for the Democratic nomination in 2012. Aldous is a 99er like you and me, but this run is more than symbolic. He is on the ballot in New Hampshire and working on getting on the ballot in as many primaries and caucuses as he can. Why should we care? Tyler is the first presidential candidate in history to take a pledge to support a constitutional amendment to abolish corporate personhood. He intends to make this the focal point of his campaign, as you can see at his website: http://www.americachangestoday.com/ We will not have representative democracy until we make our candidates choose between serving We the People or their corporate Puppetmasters. Whether you love or hate the idea of President Obama having to take on a progressive challenger, you will want to listen to our conversation about how best to end fascism in America!
SFPI Radio is the international talk show designed to allow those struggling for social justice around the world to talk to each other about how we can support efforts to promote justice, democracy and peace in every nation.
