Life is a Roller Coaster

As we go through life we inevitably encounter ups and downs. Some people like to talk about the roller coaster ride they've been on and how life will get better as soon as things settle down.

Self-reliant people learn that while they aren't the cause or the block that comes up they always are the person responsible. When you say "life is roller coaster" be sure to tack on "and it's a fun ride"

On the show, we expected to talk to a popular blogger and author who confirmed he'd be with us and then didn't show up. We just assumed that he had circumstances that kept him from being with us and rode the roller coaster for 30 minutes… Turns out our cohosts have been on roller coasters a few times and enjoy it.

We were able to share our best stories and ideas about becoming the kind of person that makes the world a better place.
