Things you can do

  1. Sleep

  2. Let the house be messy

  3. Plan recovery time

  4. Vent but not wallow

  5. Treat yourself, Uber, lunch,

  6. Ask for help

  7. Pack and plan ahead; snacks, workout outfits

  8. Do not fill your free time. When everything in jammed into one day, if you happen to find yourself with a free moment, don't use that free moment to take on another pending task

  9. walk/breathe get out of your head

  10. Quiet time

  11. Be as comfortable as you can; ie no fashion neede
