Scoping Fun, ADHD Style!

Rene Brooks and I were pow-wowing recently about how difficult it can be to work so hard creating structure in your ADHD world, focus on productivity, only to realize that you haven't been having much fun. Unfortunately, you can even try to have fun and accidentally go too far the other way, destroying all of the systems you've worked so hard to create. Where's the balance?

Mind you, I don't believe we actually answered that question but we did have fun talking about it.
