For You I Will -
At Harmon & Associates, I'm in charge - and I like it that way.
Managing partner Paul Harmon takes care of the law, and I take care of everything else. I run this office like a well-oiled machine. I don't tolerate being second-guessed.
But now Paul's been forced to take a leave-of-absence - and he's entrusted his hotshot protégé, Daniel Morrow, to look after things while he's gone.
Daniel's one of the best lawyers in the business - handsome, swaggering, and disgustingly talented. Only problem, he doesn't know how to stay in his own lane. Now he's trying to make decisions and discipline my employees. I guess I have to show him who's REALLY boss around here.
But the infuriating part? His arrogant control turns me on.
She and I could save this business - if we don't end up killing each other first.
Callie Johnson is so difficult to work with - It doesn’t help matters she is so easy on the eyes, but she refuses to give me a second glance.
Paul's out sick, and the fate of Harmon & Associates rests in my hands. We can’t jeopardize all that just because Callie refuses to work with me.
She needs to lose the attitude and learn how to play nice. I wouldn’t mind playing with her in other ways if she’d just give me a chance. I’m not as bad as she thinks.
Part of me thinks she's only pushing me to see how hard I'll push back.
I can't get her out of my head. I need to convince her we’d work well together in and out of this office. It’s the only way to save the law firm and our jobs.
