How To Be A Resilient Caregiver

Did you know that 80% of caregivers are unpaid, and care for a dependent adult seven days a week? My special guest for this episode will be Anne Morrison, MPA, Director of Education for The University of Arizona Center on Aging. We will be discussing the challenges of caregiving and the importance of caregivers taking care of themselves. We will also discuss the many services this not-for-profit organization provides to improve the lives of older adults and their caregivers.
