The United-Independent Compensatory Code/System/Concept  is a term that means, when expressed in practice, the sum total of everything that is thought, said, or done by one individual Non-White person, who is a Victim of Racism [Victim of White Supremacy] that is effective in helping to eliminate Racism (White Supremacy), and/or in helping to “make up” for the lack of justice and correctness, in any one or more areas of activity, including Economics, Education, Entertainment, Labor, Law, Politics, Religion, Sex, War, Counter-War, Racism, white supremacy, Neely Fuller, and more.

Thoughts of Neely Fuller Jr:

How does the code apply to the recent Supreme Court ruling on abortions

How Blacks articulate their desire for justice with White people
Why is it so important to stay on code in all areas and not just one area;
Pro-life vs pro-choice;
Is it likely that school shooters use some type of mind-altering substance
How have white supremacist convinced Blacks to accept religion and be dominated by it
Is the system of white supremacy the blame when a Black is sexually abused;
Considering how Nazi-types never liked hip-hop rap and other Black forms of music, how should Blacks react;
How can Black males react in the system without gettihg themselves killed;
How does code help a Black man become a universal man in the system of white supremacy;
Should non-White run their lives like a business;
Can you have love in a system of hate;
Does protesting produce a constructive result;  Does chanting slogan have the same result as having a plan;
Since police don’t have to advise you of your Miranda rights, how does one behave in the system of white supremacy;  What are the 4 F's when facing police;
