Would they talk about your mother? Take drugs? Eat a whole bucket of chicken? Sing? Dance? Read out loud? What a person will let you see them do can say a lot about the way that they feel about you. It can say a lot about the way that they respect you, or not. It can say a lot about their comfort level where it concerns you. It can say a lot about how comfortable and confident they are. It can also say a lot about what they think you can handle, or not. When we were younger, we would tell people that if they had something to say about us, they should say it to our face. Well, some did it. A lot of people didn't. What did we think of the people who did? Remember?
