Hubert Owens, JR is a candidate for Congress in Maryland’s district 2.Hubert earned a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice from Methodist University and a Master’s in Theological Studies from Liberty University. Hubert is an Army combat veteran who is dedicated to the Republican Party. Hubert is a member of the DeKalb County, GA Republican Party, DeKalb County Senate district 55 chairman, and Candidate for Georgia State House of representative’s district 93.
