Alasha Bennett is a Relationship and Dating Coach and Founder of Dating Mechanics University. Her workshops and seminars focus on helping singles become aware of their dating style in order to create the right foundation for their next relationship. Alasha is the Author of several dating books empowering singles to take the theory of dating and put it into practice. Her latest books are: Dear Future Spouse, 7 Key Questions to Ask on a First Date, and 35 Date Tips.

Alfreada Brown-Kelly is a professor of sociology and criminal justice and an author of poetry who lives in Hampton, VA. She has published two journal articles, Examining Risk Factors for Recidivism and Disparities in Treatment among Female Probationers and Examining the Relationship between Children's Behavioral Outcomes and Life Events among Incarcerated Mothers with Hampton University colleagues and undergraduate students as co-authors. Additionally, Alfreada has written Transformation of The Mind, Body & Soul, The Skin I Am In and My Thoughts and Prayers; Why Women Weep, and Decrees and Declarations of Authenticity.
