It is my assessment that if I full engage with an individual to fully learn there background and current objects and then do a great job to present my offerings and willingness to help, we should be able to do something immediately to build on our new long term business relationship. If nothing is put to me in explicit terms on what time frame is intended towards acting on our one-to-one finding in what we share and the time just lingers on for over a year, I figure that the rapport is too loosey goosey for my interest level to stay in tact. I always welcome folks to get back to me on any time interval though. The seasons of the year and the quarters of the fiscal year all can have an influence on how folks interact and reciprocate with feedback. We know it is important to follow-up, follow-up, follow-up. We are always working towards that delicate balance in how much to we continue communicating to do our part in being thorough yet to not pester folks on hounding a response when they maybe don't want to give one or aren't ready to supply the answers they want to give. Right people, right place, right time. Those are the elements needed to work in harmony with folks and stage a rapport to be as favorable as possible. The emphasis in this segment and our emphasis here at WhatEver Technical Solutions is to really master the determinations on time. We are all protective of our time and and timing is everything. If we are unsure of when time is right, that is a case of needing to act toward receiving market research and survey those that are open to speaking candidly with you. With good mastermind approach on using time wisely, one can make good use of time for the best interests of oneself. Having an outward focus is great and with time, it is important to put it into the context of the mass of people and how life works in a small world effect. It started with my desire to run a winter blow-out invitational to invite all of our contacts to and make a great way to increase our chances towards staying in touch with those we know. My passion to do something like this started with winter break from Madison in 1993. I wanted to have some of my friends over to my dads house. My dad asked me about what kind of numbers I was going towards. I told him that I would invite about a dozen people and if 5-7 showed up, I would be happy. Well, the word got around as I invited it that if they were going to get together with others anyway and that would hold them up from getting with me to bring them along. As it happened, we had about 30 people over and it was smashing success. This confirmed to me that folks like to have a winter gathering to keep things active in the time entering the new year. I determined at the time that the first weekend in February was when I wanted to do something like this. At that time, it was after the Super Bowl and the week before Valentine's Day. Now the NFL has expanded, and Festivus for the Restivus is a pre-SuperBowl event. A friend of ours in the recent years shared with us a concept of Soup or Bowl to take to bowling alleys. This works well with Seinfeld culture as there is a soup Natzi in the sitcom. My wife and I met in Lafollete House of Adams Hall in Madison, and the group we met together out there is our core group for Festivus. Festivus includeds feats of strength, airing of grievances, Festivus poles and whole lot more. Festivus poles are made by the Wagner Companies on Brown Deer Road here on the north side of Milwaukee. This all presents great tie-ins with us and gives us a way to thank all the folks in our lives for the great life we have together. Please enjoy Festivus whether it is the traditional time of Dec. 23, our schedule, or one of your own. 01:01:00RoskopfnoFestivus,Seinfeld,NBC,Costanza,StrikeMy wife Sue and I have been running an annual event for 15 years. Misery loves company. There are many cliches about how we group our activities and take care of our individual need in concert with efforts of a collective set of others. For exploring identity and establishing a great way to attract others, a group of 7 people creates a benchmark for a possible ideal number to bring together for those beginnings. To keep the tight-knit approach, yet to sprawl the groups initiative to a greater sample, 15-20 tends to be a good number in membership to bring in some needed volume to create confidence and real results on what the group is providing to each other. Growing beyond 30 people in numbers means that the group is running proficiently and has a narrow focus that a mass of people can plug into the groups function and easily capture benefit for themselves. Addressing hundreds of people means that the message has gone viral and great marketing efforts are in place to blow the endeavor out to literally make it a more the merrier situation. It is all about power in numbers. There is the aspect of quality versus quantity. The term critical mass comes to mind when analysts describe the reach of proper balance between what is offered and the number of people engaging in the offering. When critical mass is reached, it becomes a decision of the group of whether or not to go ahead and offer more to its members or to keep the described benefits in status quo. The idea of tribal is to move as a unit. When one member of the tribe brings in a new angle or added dynamic for themselves relative to what the group is doing, it becomes wise for the group to determine whether to adopt that aspect or to simply remain in support to that individual on what that have taken on. Functioning in a tribal sense is all about loyalty. As the individual members head out to carry out the mission and objectives of the group, the individual always has the groups interest at hand. 01:01:00Roskopfnotribe,group,growth,share,exchangeBirds of a feather flock together. Once all the tools are collected with understanding of how to use them, they are just that a collection of tool. We are having a discussion of how life flows and what it takes to accomplish goals and finish projects. Once it is a like-minded thing on how things need to be done, a refined look at how the tools are applied is necessary. Technology is applied use of tools. We have to make sure that we are not using tools just because it makes us feel savvy in some false way. The only way that could make sense if the applications are entertaining and it is just for amusement or fun. If folks are online and doing things on the web just for enjoyment, wow we can go gangbusters on that. In the realm of being productive, form follows function. It is good to know a lot of different comparable internet based tools as all are fashioned just a bit differently. With seeing the contrasts and comparisons between the domains, we can take a look at the features and benefits of each. Knowing each page that can give a comparable outcome, it helps to ask who the audience is. Anything you can offer to help us stay on target to what you are looking for here is greatly appreciated. Nadine in our mastermind group has led us into a tribal approach to converging together and getting this done among our contacts. We find that many are so focused on what they are doing, they are veering themselves right out of any rapport with a potential client or customer. It is a mainstay of ours to get feedback on how others are in a reproach that discourages participation by some acquaintances. Our mission is to help everyone find a total understanding in our approach and to incorporate everyone's "two-cents" into our formula. It is obvious thing that all enterprises need to have a balance approach that keeps their business profitable or even in non-profits to be as administrative effective and proficient as possible. What we are finding is that by gearing things up for organic growth and viral progression, a lot of hindrances are avoided and many barriers are removed. The premise we act on is a little pursuit of creating our own luck. Like Zig Ziglar reminds us, it is out of the act of helping others get what they want that we get what we want. It is like the cliche of what goes around comes around. It is important to us to spread around great karma. The in-person visits are vital to keep us in balance as nothing beats getting non-verbal cues in the presence of others persona. Leadership back when I was in high school for the National Honors society. Noteworthiness, Innovations, Cooperation, and Excitement are the pillars of N.I.C.E. leadership and nice (well-done) leadership to me. We are looking for change-makers and otherwise those that are seeking to make a long lasting effect on how things are currently being done. Our recruiting strategy is to put special emphasis on how people's minds tick in general concept and inclination.
