In just a few short years, she and her husband, Ryan, have developed a substantial investment portfolio by concentrating their investment strategies in low-income housing and mobile home parks. She has experience overseeing the management of various types of real estate properties including single-family residential, billboards and storage units, and of course, mobile home communities, focusing on advertising, sales, and accounting. Jamie has managed a rent collection company and is the manager of the Ryan and Jamie Smith Foundation. Jamie and her husband run Mobile Home Park Investment Boot Camps all around the country.
