BLACK WOMEN HAVE BEEN LABELED "DRAMA QUEENS" WHEN WE HAVE RAILED ABOUT THE ABUSES EXPERIENCED, "WELFARE QUEENS" DUE TO THE SET-UP FOR MODERN DAY DEPENDECY,  "ANGRY BLACK WOMEN" WHEN WE HAVE EXPOSED ACTS OF INJUSTICE WITH  'FEELING'

TAKEN TOGETHER AND WITHIN THE CONTEXT OF BEING A 'BLACK FEMAILE' IN A SHYTSTEM OF R/WS-L..

I AM A 'TRAUMA QUEEN' OR ...QUEEN OF STUDIES IN AND OVERSTANDING OF TRAUMA AND TRAUMATIC STRESS...WHAT IT IS AND HOW IT WORKS.

I HAVE COME TO SHOW AND SHARE THE SIGNS, SYMPTOMS AND WORK THE SOLUTION TO HEALING AND RECOVING FROM TRAUMA AND TRAUMATIC STRESS...STEP ONE IS TO 'REMEMBER AND TELL THE TRUTH ABOUT TERRIBLE EVENTS' AND IN THIS LIFE.

I HAVE HAD A SUFFICIENT AMOUNT OF THOSE.  I SHARE THESE STORIES WITH A TWO-FOLD PURPOSE

1. TO HEAL AND RECOVER FROM THE DAMAGE INCURRED..TO FREE MY MIND OF THE PAIN AND SHAME EXPERIENCED AND

2. TO USE AS A 'TEACHING TOOL' REGARDING THE SIGNS, SYMPTOMS AND SOLUTIONS PRESENT SURROUNDING T&TS

Januarys focal topic was highlighting actions and activities that I found HELPFUL for mySELF and the Afreekan Collective. This months focus will be on sharing or EXPOSING actions and activites other Afreekan Descendants have done that has been HURTFUL . I have learned much from these experiences and suspect others may as well.  Much about the SELF and how we work best..

I will start at the TOP of the PoLE of 'human' relatedness...SOCIETAL LEVEL Lived Experiences and the "Horizon House 5". As I go 'deeper' into the shyt and shytuation, there will be a 'natural flow down' the PoLE to Communal Level Lived Experiences setting the stage for further discourse as the month progress's.
