Working as an ER/Trauma Registered Nurse has proved to Elizabeth that it's a great place for getting to know people and for getting to walk alongside them as they experience situations she never even imagined possible.

Personal life experiences happened to Elizabeth and she was left behind to "figure it out". In the process, she completely lost sight of who she was and the inner power she once possessed.

A life-shattering event left Elizabeth no other choice and forced her to tap into her inner power. Thus, she overcame her own personal struggles and obstacles with little to no help, emotionally. On a mission to heal from own traumatic painful life experiences, Elizabeth was determined to explore self-development and finally stop living in her past & in her heartache.

Then it happened! During her Life Coaching Certification course, she experienced a powerful personal transformation. She realized the Power of Coaching. After Coaching changed her life, Elizabeth was on a mission to provide the same service to others. With her real-life experiences from working with patients and from her personal experiences that her eyes have seen, her ears have heard, and her heart has felt, it was a calling that she needed to answer - the calling to become a COACH!
