Chris Romulo stopped by The Wave newspaper in Rockaway Beack, where he owns and operates CROM Physical Culture with his wife Sarah, to talk about his first book "Champions Uprising: Fall 7 Times, Stand Up 8."   He talks with Wave Managing Editor Mark Healey about his book, which details his twenty-year journey through the study of Muay Thai, which took him from New York City to Bangkok, Thailand and back again.
