As a federally-trained navigator, she assists individuals, families, and small businesses. This free assistance includes education and outreach, helping you apply for and enroll in health insurance plans in North Carolina, and providing referrals related to health care access.
She provides one-on-one appointments to discuss health access needs and to facilitate application and enrollment processes. She presents on the ACA to varied audiences and holds application/enrollment events with other in-person assisters.
In addition to her focus on assisting residents of Greensboro, NC, she collaborates with other non-profit organizations in Guilford county that participate in the ACA outreach and enrollment effort.
