(The following paragraph is based on postings on Facebook when I asked what saying goodbye to September meant...) Now we will be saying Hello to sweater-weather. Saying hello to Autumn in New York! Take the hot weather with you, September, and don't let the door hit you on the way out! Saying hello to my favorite season and long walks in the cool crisp air. Letting go of a lot of material stuff that I don't use, don't desire, could better serve someone else, or else I'm in the process of using it up (if it's something that can be used up, like candles).
