The Depression Connection- impact of depression on the family

For years, Rev Michelle suffered with depression including panic attacks, not getting out of bed, and planning suicide. Ashamed, she struggled in isolation, feeling valueless. Even when she began her ministry, depression kept her paralyzed each morning. Rev Michelle started The Depression Connection to help others who suffer with depression to reconnect with others and themselves. While Rev Michelle is not a mental health professional, she openly shares her experience with depression and creates a safe space for others to show up and support each other. 

This week, ministerial intern Loreal joins Rev Michelle as they explore the impacts of depression within a family.
