The Depression Connection - A mental health professional joins

For years, Rev Michelle suffered with depression including panic attacks, not getting out of bed, and planning suicide. Embarrassed, she struggled in isolation, feeling ashamed and valueless. While Rev Michelle is not a mental health professional, she openly shares her experience with depression and creates a safe space for others to show up and support each other. 

This week, Rev Michelle is joined by Bud Bowles, Director of United Self Help mental health nonprofit. He will answer your questions and speak about his own experiences with depression, what United Self Help offers, and how you can find resources to support you. We welcome you into our conversation!
