From Homeless to Real Estate Mogul - Interview with Vicky Schettini

On this Halloween Podcast, we are interviewing a total badass Real Estate Investor Goddess who had a real estate horror story you wouldn't believe.  

Our guest Vicky Schettine was a single mom who was tired of working night and day to make it.  She was faced with her daughter's high university tuition bills. She took a leap of faith in November 2014, moved across country to be closer to her daughter's university to start investing in real estate.  The relocation didn't turn out as planned and she became homeless in a town where she didn't know anyone.  By the time she got into her first home she had only $500 left to her name.  She pushed through and did "WIT" Whatever it took.  Fast forward, it's less than 4 years later, she now owns 3 multi-families complexes and 58 single family rentals!
