Aisha completed the Sistema Fellows program in 2012, a prestigious, post-graduate fellowship of New England Conservatory that trains gifted musicians and educators to lead El Sistema- inspirred programs in the United States. Prior to the fellowship, Aisha enjoyed a career as an award-winning public shcool music educator for eleven years.  As Chair of the Music Department at Thomson Elementary School in Washington, DC, Ms. Bowden provided General and Vocal Music instruction to the full student body, directed the Thomson Choir and managed several partnerships with leading arts organizations, to include the Washington National Opera and the Choral Arts Society of Washington, DC. The most recent venture that Mr. Bailey has orchestrated over the last six months has been the non-profit organization "Finding Your Purpose", which serves young adults from the ages of 14 through 21.  Finding Your Purpose was created to help our youth uncover their true potential and develop a clear career path. Alonzo's tremendous efforts in advocating for youth manifested into partnerships with school districts, elected official, state legislators, and community colleges regarding the movement for economic development equity for all.  These initiatives and partnerships have placed him in media blogs and educational magazines.  The academic development and educational/ career counseling catapulted Mr. Bailey into variety organizations promoting educational equity and job diversity for economic depressive empowerment zones.  He is currently working with the Prince Georges County Public Schools as a Special Education Coordinator and has launched a Parent Support Group Association building parent partnerships with parents in schools to promote continuity between home, school and community. Jacqueline Younger and T.O.U.R. are already making a significant impact in the Washington, DC Metro area, in both short-term relief, and long-term development through subsidized apartments, free furnishings, life skills and health and wellness training as well as free mental outpatient counseling sessions. Prior to officially creating T.O.U.R., Mrs. Younger, independently helped women and their children by bringing them into her own home and helping them determine the right direction for their lives.  Now in 2012 she has people on a waiting list to get into the program as well as a wealth of volunteers to help. He enrolled at University of District of Columbia in Washington, DC upon graduating. During his college years, Fitz played with a local go-go band called, "Pump Blenders." Shortly thereafter, Fitz joined the Army National Guard Band.  Later he joined active duty Army and was deployed to Germany.  There he formed a jazz quartet, "Just Cause." After Returning to the States, Fitz played with a band in DC called, "The Stone Biscuits." In 2002, he formed a music production company called, DC Entertainment, Inc. and managed several artists, including jazz saxophonist Frankie Addison and neo sould singer, Greggo hawkins.  Fitz appeared o the Voice of America radio show called "Hiip -Hop Connection" several times to a worldwide audience.  Additionally, he has had the opportunity to collaberate on notable albums over the years, as well as work with Local Access Cable in Charlotte, NC.
