Fences for Fido

Many dogs are still living at the end of a chain in their backyard. Often their owners don't have the resources to put up a permanent fence and don't understand the behavioral pitfalls of keeping a dog chained outside. In Oregon, these dogs and owners are being helped by the volunteers at a very special organization!
