States in the US are rethinking the way they provide law enforcement with the necessary tools and resources needed to combat crime. As the city of Minneapolis begins to revamp strategies within their town of local needs, options and alternatives are considered for rather than supporting police departments as a whole," said president of the city council Lisa Bender.
