Johnny Pisano’s “Punk Rock Pizzeria” is a collection of material he has written on and off over the past 20 years Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Bass Player, Johnny Pisano has toured internationally in the Punk and Rock music scenes for over 20 years. Working with artists both in the studio and on the road, Johnny has performed alongside Bruce Springsteen, Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Peters, Ryan Adams, Willie Nile, Jesse Malin, Deborah Harry, Kate Pierson, Leonard Graves Phillips , Cheetah Chrome, Peter Criss, David Johansen, Robert Gordon, Jimmy Vivino, Glen Matlock, Joan Jett, Handsome Dick Manitoba, The Counting Crows, and many more. His writings and collaborations, along with his bass lines, can be heard on Ryan Adams’ “Rock n Roll” and “Love Is Hell Part 1, and Part 2,” Marky Ramone and the Intruders’ "The Answer to Your Problems,” The Alarm’s “Strength 2015,” Willie Nile’s “American Ride,” “Hard Times in the UK,” and “World War Willie,” and Jesse Malin’s “To Be Somebody” (Bellvue), “The Fine Art of Self Destruction,” “The Heat,” and various singles, including “Broken Radio,” featuring Bruce Springsteen.  Johnny has appeared on MTV, “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,” “Late Night with Conan O’Brien,” VH1’s “The Big Morning Buzz,” and “The Artie Lange Show.”
