Because we live in a society that gives us a view of perfection, anything that doesn't match that view we reject.  So, are our youth being taught the true meaning of love at the core?  That the true essence of love is the intangible connection of the soul?  We teach them what to say, how to say it, when to say it so they look good to others and others are impressed. But are we teaching them to have the right attitude, the activity of love?   What do our children see - do they see us judging, criticizing, talking about one another, unmerciful? Do we remember the truth about love?

Society is not perfect because we're not perfect.  We have to let our kids know we've fallen, we've failed, so they don't have to feel less than or trying to come up to our standards.  Let's stop kidding ourselves.....WE ARE NOT PERFECT!

How do we now connect with our youth?

Do they really believe what we say or pay attention to what we do and simply say "all y'all fake?"

Join us in this definite thought provoking conversation.
