Is Obama living up to African-American expectations?

Some say 'no' some say 'yes' many blacks are divided on whether President Obama is actually all that they expected him to be when they turned out in record numbers on election day to vote for him. A good number of African-Americans are disillusioned with the President as they feel he has not fulfilled expectations while others are still in strong support of him.
