None of us would be here if it were not for sex. Thus it makes it to be a very important aspect of life. However, often times it is not approached in a balanced way. For many it is often suppressed or overstimulated. It can be both a great source of pleasure as well as a great source of pain. Many have experiences that range in between. Good or bad, it is an experience that most of us will encounter and how we participate and relate in the experience of sex and sexuality will have lasting effects on our spirit, mind and body.
