Self Worth!

A little girl with low self-esteem grows up to be a woman with low-self esteem. I grew up in a house where I was told I was never gonna "be shit" It effected everything I did both good and bad, as I navigated through life. In this show I will have a honest discussion about self-esteem. How do we see ourselves as women; Do we like ourselves; How do we know if we like ourselves; Do we say one thing but live another; And what work must be done internally to get a woman to a place of self-worth that allows her to live whole and healthy. Just grab a cup of tea, sit your tail down, grab your girl friends and daughters and lets have a real discussion about self-worth.
