Dr. Bialylew has combined her passion for community with her professional expertise in the field of psychiatry, coaching, and mindfulness to create this transformative experience.

About Mindful in May: What if you could find more focus, clarity and effectiveness in daily life by learning a 10 minute mindfulness technique and at the same time have a positive impact in the world? Mindful in May is for beginners and more experienced meditators. It aims to bring the benefits of meditation to you, whilst improving the lives of others. The funds raised during Mindful in May (MIM) will be donated to Charity Water, a not for profit organisation that builds clean water wells in the developing world.

About Dr Elise Bialylew: Elise Bialylew, doctor, coach and wellness innovator, will be your mindful guide this May. She has combined her passion for community, with her professional expertise in the field of psychiatry, coaching and mindfulness to create Mindful in May. She is a mindfulness meditation teacher and coach, having attended retreats and seminars with leaders in the field including Jon Kabat-Zinn. She is passionate about using technology to create conscious communities that can make positive change in the world. She thrives on making ideas happen and supporting people and organisations in reaching their highest creative potential..
